Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper - Environmental Services Specialist ensures that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and disinfected to company standards. This includes:

  • Cleaning all surfaces (furniture, floors, windows, etc.) and décor with appropriate method and product.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment (i.e., proper signage, wet floors, proper SDS labels).
  • Emptying trash.
  • Deep cleaning rooms as necessary.
  • Replenishing custodial supplies and office supplies.
  • Checking rooms for any damages or repairs and immediately reporting safety hazards to facilities staff.
  • Cleaning and maintaining custodial equipment (i.e., vacuums, carpet cleaners etc.).
  • Assisting with room preparations for any admissions and discharges.
  • Laundry linens as necessary.
  • Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
  • Responding to custodial crisis (i.e., spills, broken glass etc.).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

One (1) years' experience with environmental services required.

Must have a valid driver's license.
