**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our CALA Franchise Services team. As a key member of our global IT organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance related to the integration and interaction of franchise properties within the Marriott technology ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on network connectivity issues between franchise properties and Marriott.
- Liaise with franchisees, corporate teams, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Collaborate with Global Information Security to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities according to Marriott policies.
- Ensure compliance with all Marriott International Policies (MIP) and Information Security Manual (IT-SEC) requirements.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of experience in IT, particularly in roles involving network connectivity, system integration, and technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of network connectivity issues and solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating various systems within a large organization.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary range of $112,600 to $165,700 annually.
