Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound exams, positioning patients and equipment to produce high-quality images.
  • Process and transmit images to our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques to maintain our high standards of patient care.

Requirements:

  • RDMS (ARDMS) or RVT (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintained.
  • Graduate from an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous experience in ultrasound technology preferred.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
  • Proficient computer skills.
