Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 6:30pm
CORE JOB DUTIES:
- Accountable for measuring and mixing pesticide and foliar applications, applying these mixtures in accordance with Cresco Labs policies.
- Collaborate with the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead, along with other department supervisors and leads.
- Ensure plant vitality by scouting, assessing, and monitoring plant health in line with Cresco Labs policies, along with other assigned tasks.
- Implement pest and disease treatment schedules as directed by the IPM Supervisor.
- Assist with data entry and track & trace responsibilities.
- Complete all IPM logs and reports as specified by the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Minimum of two years of experience in general production, ideally within a regulated industry producing for human consumption, or a suitable combination of experience and training demonstrating the ability to fulfill the duties described.
- Strong time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a self-starter mentality.
- Capability to stand and wear appropriate protective equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Illinois Pesticide Applicator License, including completing state-required documentation and examinations.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in reading pesticide labels.
- Basic mathematical skills.
