Min Engineering, Inc. is in search of a Marketing and Proposal Specialist to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough review and analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Coordinate and oversee the creation, proofreading, editing, and production of essential government documentation (SF 255/SF 330), letters of interest, technical proposals, and marketing materials.
- Perform internet research to support marketing initiatives and business development strategies.
- Participate in pre-proposal meetings to gather insights and information.
- Assist leadership in identifying project opportunities and fostering relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, writing, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); graphic design capabilities are advantageous.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Adept at taking projects from concept to completion in a deadline-driven setting.
