Purelight Power is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Installation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar power systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Installation Teams: Manage and supervise installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect installations, identify potential issues, and implement quality control measures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during or after the installation process.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor new installation team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Project Management: Collaborate with the construction manager to plan, coordinate, and execute solar power system installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all installations are carried out in accordance with relevant safety protocols and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and customers.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation, with a proven track record of managing installation teams and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Qualifications: NABCEP certification, OSHA 10 safety training, and a strong understanding of solar power system design and installation.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members, as well as provide exceptional customer service.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, lift up to 50lbs, and spend extended periods outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Competitive Salary: 36-43 hourly wage, depending on experience.
