Clinical Manager, Intensive Care Unit, Full-Time Position

Job Summary:
Clinical Manager, Intensive Care Unit, is responsible for administrative and operational leadership of assigned departments, including management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes. This role serves as part of the entity management team and Shared Governance Model, focused on promoting the mission, vision, and values of Piedmont and Nursing Professional Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and operational leadership of assigned departments
- Management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes
- Partnership with the entity management team and Shared Governance Model to promote the mission, vision, and values of Piedmont and Nursing Professional Practice
- Succession planning, identifying talent, providing support, education, and resources to grow future nursing leaders
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting, including at least one (1) year of relevant leadership experience
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in field of specialty (if required)
