We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paramedic to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a Paramedic, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our emergency department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and supportive functions to patients, adhering to policy, procedures, and established standards of practice.
- Work collaboratively with a highly skilled team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Paramedic certification in good standing in the state of Wisconsin.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Paramedic.
- 3+ years of experience as a Paramedic preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent required.
