We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at ExpertHiring. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Answer patient calls, assess their needs, and determine the best course of action to provide support.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care and treatment.
Maintain accurate records of patient information, including vital signs, food and liquid intake, and urinary and fecal output.
Stay up-to-date on CNA training and facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Nursing degree from a CNA program.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
