We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Immigration Attorney to join our team at Advanced Dynamics Corp. As a fast-growing and prestigious law firm, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

• Meet with potential new clients to discuss their immigration needs and provide expert advice.
• Coordinate case and legal strategy to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
• Prepare and revise court documents, conduct legal research, and write motions, briefs, and memoranda to support our clients' cases.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.
• Market the law firm's services to attract new clients and grow our business.
• Work one Saturday a month to meet with clients and potential clients, with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days.
• Cross-sell various other practices within the law firm to provide a comprehensive range of services to our clients.
• Handle court hearings and trials to represent our clients' interests.

• J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School (required)
• Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR (required)
• Authorized to work in the US
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Immigration experience (1 year or more)
