As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering Manufacturing Skill Certifications to all levels of Client personnel and maintaining course delivery traceability within the Learning Management System.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of Client personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of course delivery and participant progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives.
  • Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Training and Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform training decisions.
