Job Summary:

We are seeking two experienced School Psychologists to join our team at Soliant. As a School Psychologist, you will provide support to students, teachers, and parents across all K-12 campuses. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Participate in ARD Meetings: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide Support to K-12 Campuses: Offer guidance and support to students, teachers, and staff across all K-12 campuses.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of student evaluations, progress, and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree: A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field is required.
  • Valid Certification: A valid Texas School Psychologist certification is necessary.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Frontline ARD System: Familiarity with the Frontline ARD System is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
