We are currently looking for a qualified Rope Access NACE/CIP Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing standard rope access operations for maintenance, repairs, and coatings on industrial equipment. The Supervisor will report to the Superintendent or Site Manager and will be responsible for developing procedures and executing complex tasks within established guidelines.


Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Rope Access Certification
  • AMPP/CIP (NACE) Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience as a Foreman in a relevant field or a combination of training and experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards for both Turner and client policies
  • Ability to set clear expectations for team members
  • Proficiency in the craft being supervised
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Preferred certifications in NCCER craft and leadership
  • Successful completion of post-offer drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation
  • Compliance with job site safety requirements
  • Provision of necessary safety equipment as mandated by the client

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Industrial Rope Access techniques to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in challenging environments
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to IRAT/SPRAT standards
  • Verify that team members are equipped with appropriate personal protective gear
  • Exhibit a strong respect for heights and follow all safety protocols
  • Engage in ongoing training to maintain proficiency in safe rope access practices
  • Inspect and validate rope access systems prior to use
  • Identify potential hazards and report unsafe conditions to management
  • Maintain skills in rescue techniques and assist in emergencies as required
  • Perform physical tasks that involve climbing, lifting, and balancing
  • Manage budgets and approve expenditures for materials and labor to meet production goals
  • Analyze production schedules and staffing needs to optimize operations
  • Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of staff in accordance with company policies
  • Implement production tracking and quality control systems to identify issues
  • Supervise departmental employees and manage job responsibilities effectively
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
