Full-Time Home Care Nurse

About the Role:
Partners In Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Home Care Nurse to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the patient's ability to tolerate treatment before beginning care.
- Provide personal care as outlined in the plan of care, maintaining patient privacy while demonstrating sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy.
- Meet the patient's and self's safety needs by utilizing good body mechanics and proper use of equipment.
- Coordinate with a care manager or registered nurse to ensure the plan of care is updated and accurate.
- Adhere to written and oral instructions for patient care as indicated by the Registered Nurse on duty.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- One to two years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of home health or hospice experience.
- Compassion, empathy, and dedication to patient care.
