LPN Homecare Specialist - Night Shift

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes in the Morristown, OH area. This is a night shift position that requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services
  2. Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document effectiveness of interventions
  4. Review plan of care and program protocols, and identify areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state in which the nurse practices
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred
