We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at HHS. As a Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in the success of our culinary program, working closely with our Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and lead a team of culinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and production planning to ensure budget compliance
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in fine dining establishments, hotels, resorts, and/or country clubs
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office, ordering platforms, and email communications
