Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at American Consolidated Natural Resources, Inc. in Centralia, IL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs to plant and production equipment to prevent failures and malfunctions.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by identifying and correcting potential safety issues.
  • Assist coworkers as needed and provide support during plant process emergencies and safety emergencies.
  • Order necessary parts and supplies and facilitate repairs by contacting service vendors.
  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • Three to five years' experience in maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment, including forklifts and basic power tools.
  • Able to operate welding equipment, preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently.
  • Must be able to obtain all applicable Federal and State underground and surface certifications.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
