We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Thornton, CO.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services in a school or clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in a school or clinical setting, using engaging and interactive methods.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal support for students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to meet individual goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records related to student assessments and therapy sessions.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Colorado state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with students with speech and language disorders is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
