Key Responsibilities
  • Set up production facilities utilizing the ProCount production accounting system.
  • Perform calculations and volume allocations for our upstream and midstream assets.
  • Provide daily volume reporting to management and production operations personnel.
  • Prepare monthly volume reporting for accruals, revenue distribution, and cost allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agency reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and review volume variances to ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on processing plant shrink and yield factors and gas and crude marketing.
  • Work with Division's facilities, production, and measurement groups to understand facility and measurement design.
  • Participate in application and regulation training sessions for Lease Operators.
  • Ensure related processes are compliant with SOX guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline preferred.
  • 3-5 years upstream production analyst, accounting, regulatory reporting experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
  • Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to team development.
  • Experience with P2 ProCount, Cygnet SCADA, and FlowCal preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Knowledge of complex production allocations, crude and condensate measurement and characteristics, natural gas liquids, and gas processing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with field personnel, office staff, and regulatory agencies.
  • Aptitude to suggest and implement process improvements to increase effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively across departments and with all levels of the organization.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonus opportunity.
