About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by building rapport and credibility with patients.
  • Overcome objections and effectively promote Serenity's treatment options.
  • Passionately educate patients about unique FDA-approved treatments.
  • Assist in creating a positive environment for staff and patients.
  • Be willing to learn various roles and assist as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or GED.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • Customer service focus to help others improve their lives.
  • Ability to connect with people and positively influence decisions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
