Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
  • Support and participate in store recovery and maintenance activities
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
