About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled physical therapist to join our team as a Physical Therapist - Home Health - Gwinnett County Area Part-Time. This is a part-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $65-$130 per hour.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients in their place of residence, using a variety of techniques and equipment to help them regain their functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and administer comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

  • Current PT licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in Home Health preferred, but not required
