Position Highlights:
- PRN position, shifts are not guaranteed
- Our Hospitalists only see New West Physician/Optum patients
- Procedures not required but possible if desired
- Excellent support services including case managers, transitions of care program, complex case managers and social workers, so you can practice at the top of your license
- Manageable average daily patient census of 12-14 including admissions
- Position may require night shifts, approximately 2 per month
- Extra shifts available for additional compensation

Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Completed an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board certified IM/FM or Board Eligible for Medical Residents
- Active Colorado Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $138.77 to $185.33 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
