About the Position

As a Maintenance Technician II at Park Heights, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our community. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in their ability to resolve problems and improve processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Tasks:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including work orders, quality unit turns, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a clean and attractive environment.
Key Requirements

We are seeking individuals with:

  • A high school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience performing maintenance duties.
  • A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year and opportunities for professional growth and development.
