Job Description

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to the spa. This includes greeting guests, answering phone calls, and assisting with questions regarding spa services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist with booking appointments and checking guests into the computer system
  • Keep the lounge and locker areas clean and well-stocked
  • Sell and service retail products to guests
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • No previous spa experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
