We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab America. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and functional abilities after surgery, injury, or medical crisis.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and provide physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician
  • Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs and use of assistive devices
  • Participate in the development and revision of the physician's plan of care
  • Complete clinical/progress notes and documentation per agency policy
Qualifications
  • One (1) year experience preferably in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current Registered Physical Therapist License
  • Current State Driver's License
  • Current Auto Liability Insurance according to company policy
