Piedmont is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health services to employees, including medical screenings, vaccinations, and health education.
- Conduct workplace assessments to identify potential health hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement health and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee health data and provide reports as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational health.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, graduate of a recognized accredited school of nursing.
- One (1) year of hospital-based RN experience.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- Preferred experience in Occupational Health, ER, ICU, or CCU.
- Computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in occupational health, emergency response, intensive care, or critical care.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
