Dishroom Aide

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Dishroom Aide to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a Dishroom Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom area, ensuring that our kitchen meets the highest standards of sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities:

* Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using assigned equipment and procedures

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom area, including sweeping and mopping floors, and washing worktables, walls, and food prep surfaces

* Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards

* Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and help load and unload supplies and product

* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* Prior experience in a dishroom or similar environment is preferred

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety
