Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing COGS and labor costs
  • Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices and ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds
