Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
  • Design and implement ABA curriculum plans, reviewing and updating them regularly
  • Develop behavior intervention plans to support client progress
  • Review and analyze ABA data to inform program changes
  • Write reports summarizing client progress and data analysis
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with program managers to ensure high-quality services
  • Offer suggestions for incorporating individualized goals into daily routines

Requirements

  • BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Experience working in school-based settings
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Pediatric experience and knowledge of ABA principles
