Job Summary

We are seeking self-motivated and reliable individuals to work as part-time phone interviewers for a state-wide research project about Pennsylvanians engagement in online gambling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer carefully developed research questionnaires via telephone to respondents in Pennsylvania from all walks of life.
  • Work weekday evenings and on weekends, with some daytime hours available during the week.
  • Use a computer to administer questionnaires and have reliable transportation or internet access.
  • Work at least 8-10 hours a week, with typical shifts from 6 PM to 9 PM.
Requirements
  • No prior experience in a call center or research is necessary.
  • Reliable transportation or internet access is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
