">Job Summary
">We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Technical) to drive the vision of Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK). As a key member of our team, you will own driving the feature roadmap, partnering with engineers to focus on customer needs, and working closely with finance, marketing, business development, technical field community, and product management peers to ensure our service has the right positioning, messaging, and enables compelling use cases across AWS' big data platforms.

- Developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with customer needs and market trends.">
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to deliver high-quality products and features.">
- Defining and prioritizing product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.">
- Maintaining deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.">
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- 5+ years of technical product management experience with internet business exposure.">
- 3+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or related fields.">
- Experience taking a product from conception to market, delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products.">
- Knowledge of engineering practices, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.">
Compensation
">The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits in addition to equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.
