Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and personable Keyholder to join our team at The Fashion Mall at Keystone. As a Keyholder, you'll play a vital role in inspiring and leading our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate retail sales and suggestive selling to maximize revenue
  • Monitor sell-through on the sales floor and replenish as needed
  • Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards
  • Educate and train team members on product knowledge
  • Support Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives
  • Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
  • Embrace a respectful communication environment
  • Secure the store
