Job Title: Maintenance Porter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP+. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal.
  • Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager.
  • Operate equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers, to maintain the facility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned, including cashiering and attending to customer needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
