Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Grand Rapids area client seeking an experienced Accountant to join their professional team. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Owners to provide financial expertise and support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of accomplishments in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports, including analysis and comment
  • Management of cost accounting activities
  • Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and receipts
  • Administration of employee benefits plans, including health insurance and 401(k) retirement plan

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and 1-3 years of accounting experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are essential. The position offers a competitive salary, incentive income, and a comprehensive benefits package.
