Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Associate will focus on direct sales of the NRS product and service offerings, which encompass point of sale systems, credit card processing, cash advances, and more. The selected candidate will:

  • Formulate strategies to expand the presence of IDT and NRS products in their designated area.
  • Identify potential clients, secure orders, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Activities:
Earn commissions through direct sales of our Point of Sale devices, Merchant Services, Cash Advances, Loyalty Programs, and other retail offerings. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the application process and following up to close sales.
  • Educating clients on the effective use of our services.
  • Providing light technical support for customer equipment.
  • Coordinating installation schedules and follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with various support teams, including Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated individual with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in selling Merchant Services.
  • Prior experience in PoS implementation and sales.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; other languages are also considered.
  • A willingness to travel and engage in door-to-door customer visits.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with tablets and Bluetooth devices.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and influence stakeholders.
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
