Job Description
This Construction Tradesman position requires a professional who can perform tasks associated with demolition, construction, and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience and NCCER certification or completion of a related program.

Responsibilities:

• Demolition, construction, and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
• Operating a variety of equipment, including hand and power tools
• Placement, finishing, and repairing of concrete
• Accurately applying intermediate mathematical skills
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematic drawings

Physical Demands:

• Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting, and bending for extended periods
• Lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lifting items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance
