At Calvert Systems Engineering Inc, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in managing and monitoring installed systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in systems engineering on projects with similar software. Alternatively, fourteen years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity may be considered.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring system requirements align with defined architectures, contributing to system engineering documentation, and assisting in developing, allocating, and refining system and functional requirements. They will also coordinate action items from various reviews, participate in Integrated Product Teams, generate alternative system designs, and derive detailed lower-level requirements from higher-level ones.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be able to assess program risks, plan verification efforts, and prepare time-line analysis diagrams. They will also establish processes for managing requirement changes and maintaining system baseline integrity.
