Establish and Automate Quality Assurance ProcessesEstablish and automate quality assurance processes for various projects, including web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and security.
Perform Thorough Testing and AnalysisPerform thorough testing and analysis of software applications, identifying defects and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Ensure Compliance with Industry StandardsEnsure that all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, incorporating compliance checks into the automated testing processes.
Continuously Improve Automated Testing CoverageContinuously improve and expand automated testing coverage, keeping up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
Requirements
- Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience
A four-year technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Software Quality Assurance ExperienceMinimum of two years of related work experience in Software Quality Assurance testing and analysis, including hands-on experience with automated testing.
Programming SkillsProficiency in SQL and Java coding is required.
Automated Testing Tools and FrameworksStrong experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Web and Mobile Application DevelopmentUnderstanding of web and mobile application development processes.
Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate testing results and issues.
