Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train store personnel to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
  • Conduct store meetings and provide feedback to employees
  • Develop and implement operational action plans to improve store performance
  • Manage store payroll and total loss budgets
  • Conduct cash audits and maintain store equipment in proper working order
  • Identify and rectify hazards and maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors
  • Oversee product merchandising and maintain proper stock levels
  • Conduct store inventory counts and reconciliations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to provide and lead others to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Ability to establish goals, guide employee performance, and evaluate performance
