Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role operates on a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime as required. The primary responsibility will be to inspect and verify that all purchased and assembled materials meet established specifications.
Your daily tasks will include conducting routine inspection samplings according to predetermined plans for components, raw materials, and finished products. You will utilize precision instruments such as micrometers, machine tools, calipers, and dial indicators to ensure compliance with quality standards.
This position has been created to address the growing demand for an additional QA Inspector within our Quality Assurance department. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing products adhere to the highest quality benchmarks. Additionally, you will be responsible for making necessary repairs and coordinating rework with production teams as needed.
Key Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector
- Proficiency with electronic measuring devices for quality control
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610/J-STD standards
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with an expected duration of 6 months.
Work EnvironmentThe role is fully on-site and takes place in a climate-controlled, deadline-driven environment that prioritizes quality over quantity. The dress code is casual, allowing for comfortable attire such as T-shirts, shorts, jeans, and tennis shoes.
