The Equipment Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch repair services for our machinery while ensuring exceptional customer interactions. This position requires a commitment to professionalism and meticulous record-keeping for all repairs, parts, and services rendered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reconditioning and repairs on various equipment and components.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of time, parts, supplies, and external purchases related to repairs.
- Uphold and care for company assets with diligence.
- Engage with customers and colleagues daily to foster a collaborative work environment.
Adhere to all relevant Company, Local, State, and Federal regulations, including OSHA, MSHA, and DOT standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training/certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Proficient knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems, as well as diagnostics and calibration techniques.
- Ownership and maintenance of a personal tool inventory.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, coupled with safe work practices and a solid understanding of equipment operations.
The ideal candidate will work independently, demonstrate a customer-focused attitude, and possess problem-solving skills. Reliability, ethical behavior, and adaptability to various environments are essential.
