We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineering Manager 2 to join our team at Northrop Grumman. This leadership role is responsible for supporting the System Integration Lab (SIL) Infrastructure, Architecture, and HW/SW development integration test team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead SIL maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, and test asset modification efforts
- Specify test configurations, coordinate test modifications, and lead HW/SW certification efforts
- Manage the daily tasks of the assigned personnel, including Test Conductors and Systems Engineers
- Manage to the SIL budgets, personnel, and resource scheduling
- Liaise with the Palmdale Test & Evaluation (T&E) Functional Homeroom as required for the statement of work
- Identify test and facility risks and growth plans throughout the development lifecycle
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 9 years of relevant engineering/test or infrastructure/architecture experience, OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline AND 7 years of relevant engineering/test or infrastructure/architecture
- Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance, with an investigation date within the past 6 years
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- Must be willing to work non-standard shifts and overtime, as required
- Flexibility to work additional assignments within the IPT beyond the defined requirements of this position
- Master of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
- Active PAR
