Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiopulmonary ICU team at Prisma Health Heart Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Collect and analyze patient data, complete thorough nursing assessments, and develop individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Implementation and Evaluation: Provide direct care to assigned patients, implement evidence-based practices, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Patient Education and Teaching: Identify patient learning needs, develop and implement teaching plans, and communicate effectively with patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Professional Accountability: Stay current with professional practice standards, policies, and procedures, and maintain licensure and certification requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • One year of experience in Nursing as a Registered Nurse
  • SC Licensed RN - Registered Nurse
Work Environment

This is a night shift position in our Cardiopulmonary ICU at Prisma Health Heart Hospital.
