Job Summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, restocking shelves, and taking out the trash

• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

• Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals

• Complete other duties as assigned by management, including operating a cash register and processing transactions

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner

• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job

• Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completing the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days
