Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Woodside Senior Communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering nursing care to our rehabilitation patients, including assessing health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health problems and needs, and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality of care and performance expectations are met
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Work Environment:
You will work in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation unit, with the opportunity to work on other neighborhoods within the nursing home as needed.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
