Coordinate and provide medical and nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Display effective communication and leadership abilities to achieve positive patient outcomes within designated timeframes. Administer medications, IVs, and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Conduct educational sessions for patients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas. Respond promptly to patient requests. Take appropriate measures during emergencies. Assist in implementing quality assurance standards. Provide support in the training and orientation of new staff and nursing students as needed.
