Job Summary:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract position in Rochester. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
  • Active New York State license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience with Ortho, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, and Robotics cases
