Key Responsibilities- Perform and oversee complex technical laboratory testing, including pre-analytical and post-analytical patient testing.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to junior laboratory staff.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and develop administrative reports and documents.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Possession of a valid California State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license or a license of equal or higher level issued by the State Department of Health Services.
- One year of experience in comprehensive laboratory work, including making laboratory analyses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
This position may require travel and may be eligible for hybrid telework arrangements. The successful candidate must reside in California upon the start of a telework arrangement.
