Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Contract Nurse RN to fill a 13-week contract position in Long Term Care. As a Contract Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
